All sales are final. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order arrives damaged or there is a defect in printing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return to sender
If your item was returned to the printing facility please get in touch with us within 10 days of it being returned, or we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
Please allow 7- 14 days for dispatch of original artworks or framed prints and 3-4 days for print only orders. Our prints are made on demand and the effects of Covid-19 continue with international delivery, we can only send through regular mail. For custom orders including commissions, originals please allow for 2-3 weeks to dispatch. We cannot guarantee delivery times until the shipping situation around the world improves.
